Privacy Policy

This page explains what Reelree collects from you, why, and how you control it. It is written in plain language rather than vague legal phrasing.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts and no sign-in on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email or your phone number in order to let you watch, and we do not run a user database at all.

What stays in your browser only

Continue watching, saved titles, followed series and your theme choice are all stored in local storage inside your own browser. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently, and we hold no copy.

What is logged automatically

Like any site on the internet, our server records for each request: the IP address, the browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for server security, fault diagnosis and load measurement, and they are deleted on a rolling basis.

Analytics and advertising

We may use traffic measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) and ad networks (such as Google AdSense). These third parties may set cookies or identifiers to serve ads and measure their performance, and their own policies govern what they collect:

You can control personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or block cookies in your browser settings — the site works without them.

Media from external sources

Posters and video are served by the source platforms or by their delivery networks. When you play an episode your browser may connect to those networks' servers, and each of them sees your IP address, exactly as happens with any content on the internet.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because we keep no account for you, most of your data is already in your own hands: clear your browser storage and it is gone. For any privacy question, or a request concerning server logs, write to contact@reelree.com.

Updates to this page

We may update this policy whenever our tools change. Any substantive change is announced on this page with its date.
