Our position
Reelree does not host the original video files and does not produce the content. The titles shown here are published by external platforms; we index them and link to them with an explicit credit to each platform. Even so, we take copyright notices seriously and act on them.
What a notice must contain
Send your notice from an address we can reply to, to contact@reelree.com, with the word COPYRIGHT in the subject line, including:
- Who you are: your full name, your capacity (owner or authorised agent) and valid contact details.
- A description of the protected work you claim to own.
- The exact URL of the page on our site — one URL per work. General links are not enough to identify the content.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We review the notice within two to five working days. If it is complete and valid we remove the page or the content concerned and tell you what was done. We may ask for clarification if the notice is incomplete — and a notice that does not identify a specific URL cannot be acted on.
Counter-notice
If content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, write to us with the URL, the reason for your belief and any supporting documents, and we will reconsider.
Bad-faith notices
Submitting a notice that the sender knows to be false may expose them to liability. We keep a record of notices and of our responses to them.
